- a. The mixing paddles are made of special high manganese alloy materials. The shafts seal is multisealed. All of these can improve the reliability of the mixer greatly.
- b. The anti-wearing steel plates are used inside the discharge hopper and transition hopper to strengthen the easy-wearing and impacting places. The connecting point of round belt adopts sulphuring binding to lengthen the service time three times more than normal welding binding.

- Aggregate batcher and conveyor
- a. the batcher with 3~4 aggregate hoppers can be designed according to requirements. Under the aggregate hopper are the separate weighing hopper and aggregate discharge belt conveyor.
- b. The aggregates are conveyed into the transition storage hopper by the inclined angle≤20° belt conveyor with the gravity tention device. The belt conveyor is equipped with overflow outlet to prevent the dust and stone from overflowing.
